Shipping Costs:
There are no charges for shipping regular orders. All retail orders are sent media mail, U.S. Postal Services, with a delivery time of 7-10 days depending on the area of the country. If you wish your books earlier, in the special instructions portion of the order form, please note "Priority Mail". These will be charged at the priority rate, which currently is $8.95 for a priority envelope (single book) or $16.10 for a medium Priority box. The shipping charges for these items will only be the actual postage charged by the post office.
FOREIGN ORDERS will be charged actual postage costs. The purchaser will be notified of the total cost by email so that he/she can confirm the order and costs. Wholesale orders are sent U.S. mail and charged actual postage.
Wholesalers:
A 40% discount is available to qualified wholesalers.
Wholesalers may call us at the number listed above or E-mail us to set up an account or to order titles.
Please include your Federal Tax ID number (State Tax certificate number if you're in Georgia) and billing information in your letter to receive books on a 30-days net ship/bill basis. Also, be sure to include your purchase order number if you want one to appear on the invoice.

Welcome to Iberian and New Papyrus Publishing Companies. We opened in 1981 as a small, family-owned business, specializing in Virginia historical and genealogical materials, located in Athens, Georgia. The owner and publisher, Dr. John Vogt, is a native Virginian with training in both history and palaeography. We began by publishing four initial titles on Virginia genealogy. 2021 marks out forteith year in providing quality resources on Virginia for the genealogist. Our websites, Iberian.com and genealogyresources.org now contain more than a 1,100 titles, all published in house (Please note: We are NOT vendors of other publishers' books; we began as a publishing company and remain so to this day; the only exception is a series of gazetteers published by Delorme Company). technology. If your browser supports 128 bit encryption,
we recommend you activate it for maximum security.

We transmit only a portion of your credit
card number when communicating by
e-mail. The entire credit
card number is transmitted (again by SSL) to the appropriate credit card
processor during order
processing.

for Mail Order, Telephone Order, and Internet Merchants".
Privacy Policy::
We are highly conscious of the need for privacy, and for this reason, we do not sell or distribute
any personal information of our customers, including e-mail addresses. In fact, we only retain the
e-mail address for the individual order until it is sent and then delete it from our system.
When an order is received, the credit card numbers are not entered into our electronic system, rather
they are immediately sent by SSL software encyyption to the credit card company for processing.
In case we have to contact you re: your order, any correspondence with the customer will only use the
last four digits of the card number.
